it is now 11.43 on the clock and i should already be sleeping.
but here i am typing away a lost overdue post on a blog that no one reads.
hey, it's a good thing that no one reads it right? at least i won't get sued.
just finished my proposal and studying for the tests(yes, plural) for tomorrow. shall set my thoughts in words so that i can sleep peacefully.
so the GE just passed, potong pasir is still under CST and PAP is still in power. did i mention i saw Sito when i was walking in potong pasir with jessie and ryan? he was wearing yellow shoes if i'm correct. yup, yellow.
OEC was great. it was a damn good camp. still feeling warm and fuzzy inside thinking about it. yeah, there were bad moments, but the good ones were way more in numbers. the J3s were damn pro! they practically had the J1s dancing in their palms during campfire. too bad my group for slaughtered during selection. Only half left. they may be sheeps, but they are good sheeps!
k, that's it for now. maybe i should stop ending abruptedly.

(writer's note: i've just read through that i've written below, and i can safely say it's just plain old verbal diahorea, so don't even bother reading it.)
i'm feeling lukewarm.
my passion for life is semi-dead for the moment. i'm living for the sake of living. i've tried living for an ideal, doesn't really work. i've tried living for someone else, all it does is to wrench your heart out when the person leaves.(but to put it in perspective, she wasn't really here in the first place). I've tried living for a goal, but life loses its meaning when the goal is achieved. so i've been thinking, what is the meaning of life? What's the Answer? Don't tell me it's 42, i'll kill you.
so all i'm left with is feeling lukewarm.
how many of you feel warm and motivated when you read books like The Alchemist? i do. yet it's effect lasts for a grand total of fifteen minutes.
so i'm still thinking. what's life for? all we seem to do is wait to cease to exist in the next seventy years.
maybe. just maybe. i should try living for God. that's the only thing i haven't tried yet.

Sports day. Poured MacDonald's organce juice the whole morning. so all of you who drank a cup[or five] better come thank me.
After that, had to check stores with the juniors, poor group4, dio faulty tents. then again, they are now pro tent builders. check check check, oec briefing oec briefing oec briefing. and it's already five. haiz, 24hrs is not enough!!
why do people try to make life complicated. seeing plotting and scheming everywhere. black and white muddled into a sickly grey. maybe that's what it means to grow up. then again, maybe not.
*maybe it's just me.
then again, it could just be everyone else.

what a weird day today is. i won't even call it special, jus.....weird.
so early in the morning everyone gathered at Macritchie for the x-country.. Chang Dee and me were arrowed to be the emcees for the event. so nervous that i read everything super fast =X well, at least it's audible, just well, super fast.. haha.. some ppl were like really supportive, others were like critical.. but well, i'm a ODACker, not a speaker's club member right??
after that, fin, van, yibo and me went to watch DREAMER at ps. quite a nice movie la, though the plot was predictable. there are quite a few laughs hidden in the movie. ohh, but the movie was spoilt by the smell of poo in the air. finian was like, spraying d.o every fifteen minutes.. haha..
after that yibo went to buy mochi. guess who i saw. WEI CONG! haha, its been like 1 1/2 years since i last saw him.. lol, fancy seeing him sell mochi for carrefour.[is that how you spell it??] talking cock and getting stuffed with free mochi by him was so nostalgic, well, just the talking cock part i guess.
THEN after that, i went out with sw. wad to wait for her, so i went to MPH to read stephen king's new book. guess who i saw? CORRINNE! it was damn freaky, there i was reading and when i turn my head up, there she was. GAH- freaky- so we said hi and i went off to meet sw.
THEN we went to shop for clothes. went to flash and splash to buy a pair of boardshorts and then to topshop to get a shirt. it's green! haha. after that we went to eat subway and talked over food. wanted to send her home but in the end just sent her to orchard mrt. well, shrug* OH, guess who we met when we were talking to raffles city? MS WONG.
talk about freaky. first wei cong, then corrinne, then ms wong.
*cue twilight zone theme
hmm, that's my weird day for you.

we all live
in the dark
with only a matchstick to light our path
but the match won't last, like the sun won't shine
so in the end
we scramble along blind.

life is hard,
full of trial.
but as long as we have each other,
nothing can blow us down.

aahh, another uneventful day has passed. as usual nowadays, it's raining outside..
Went to eat tau-hue [tou-hua in hokkien] with Chiam And Van before going home. Feels so much like the Tau-Hue Boys from pass yonder age [Amos Lin, Daniel and Me]. Just that now it's Tau-Hue Boy..+2. Sigh, miss the old times. At least that bastard Amos joined J1 this year in SAJC. Stupid guy wasted a year in Australia before coming back. Feel like smacking his face.
So it's been raining for a week. Temperature is down to as low as 22degrees. Wth, i din know that Singapore could ever have like a 22degree day. Always thought the average temp was something like 30degrees. Then again, i'm not really complaining..
Boon Keat is damn jihong, flirting with his OG girls. haha, kidding. We were coming out from the cultural centre when a group of girls started calling his name. lol, the reaction on his face was damn funny. One part embarass, one part happy and two parts that jihong look.
VM training started yesterday. Having sore calves.. Now..where is that counterpain...
You know what? 160-180ppl sign up that they are interested in joining ODAC. OMG- that's unreal!
[aahh, to be young and childish again..]
